Delivery

We aim to ship your order the same working day (if placed before 2pm).  However, during busy periods, and over Bank Holidays, it may take a little longer.  Please let us know if your order is urgent and we will do all we can to help meet your deadline. 

Our standard Royal Mail postage charge is £1.65 for a large letter and £3.95 for a small / medium parcel.  Heavier parcels over 2kg are charged at £6.95 and sent via Hermes Courier Service.  All orders over £60 (excluding large items over 1 metre length and furniture) qualify for free delivery.  

For the delivery of furniture and extra large items, and for delivery to remote areas, Non-Mainland UK, Europe and the rest of the World; please contact us for a delivery quote before placing your order. 

 

Returns

We hope you are really happy with everything you order from us but please don't worry if your item is unsuitable, or you change your mind.  We accept returns up to 30 days from receipt of purchase. 

You can return the item/s in the original condition, within 30 days, and we will process a full refund (excluding postage charges).  Please ensure that items are adequately packaged by using the original packaging to protect the item and reduce the chance of breakage. Please include the packing slip with your return. 

We will process your refund once your item has been received back to our warehouse in re-saleable condition. For security reasons, we are only able to refund the original method of payment used when purchasing the product.

If you used PayPal to pay for the order, your money will go back to your PayPal account balance.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your product is defective or damaged, or if you have any issues in relation to your order, and we will be glad to help.

If contacting us regarding a damaged item please provide as much information as possible.
